  • You may need to provide payment data to TripleA if you decided to purchase one of the items featured on the website to enable the transaction. If you pay by Debt/Credit card, you have to provide the credit card information, your name, credit card number, expiration date and security code, which we will process and transmit to the payment service provider of your choice to accept the transaction. We will receive data from your payment service provider as well.
  • Any information that you send to us, by email, contact form, post on website, or chat with one of our associates on the website. As well as any information you provide to our support team.
  • any information you provide to us when responding to surveys on our website, or if you decided to submit inquires to purchase a design or product featured on our website.
  • Your browser and device information, and any other information describe how you reached our website.
  • We collect information on whether you opened news letters or subscriptions messages and which links you followed.

  • Your information should be stored as long as it’s required by law, as conducting business internationally, we are required to retain transactional data for tax purposes. 
  • Unless it’s required by law to retain your data, we will completely erase your data if you object.

Data disclosure

  • Triple A does not sell any data of it’s users, visitors, job applicants, surveyors, subscribers, or costumers.
  • In case of company changes such as sale or merge, the company assets of data will be transferred to the relevant third party subject to applicable laws.
  • In case of job application, your CV, samples of your work and other data you have given consent to share with triple will be shared with the human resources employees and/or the responsible recruiting manager.
  • In case of survey data entries will be shared with respective organizers or academic personal to satisfy the intention of the survey.
  • In case of user online purchase, data are shared automatically with a third party such as manufacturers, merchants, suppliers, and other necessary services needed to deliver the purchase.
  • Our website uses Google Analytics, the information of how the user reached the website, browser and device information, and how visitors use the website  will be sent to Google.
  • In case of court order, laws and regulations, we will disclose only the necessary information required by the law.
